Estos términos regulan el uso de la aplicación Habiwards ("la App"). Al usarla, los aceptas.
1. El servicio
Habiwards es una app para crear hábitos y recompensarte por cumplirlos. Al completar objetivos ganas créditos, que canjeas por recompensas que tú mismo defines.
Los créditos son puntos internos sin valor monetario: no se compran con dinero, no se pueden canjear por dinero ni transferir, y solo sirven dentro de la App.
2. Tu cuenta
Accedes con tu cuenta de Apple o Google. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar la App.
3. Suscripción Premium
- Habiwards Premium es una suscripción de renovación automática (mensual o anual).
- El pago se cobra a través de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play. La gestión de la suscripción (incluida la cancelación) se hace desde los ajustes de la tienda.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo.
- Premium solo elimina los límites del plan gratuito; nunca otorga ni vende créditos.
4. Uso aceptable
No debes usar la App de forma fraudulenta, intentar vulnerar su seguridad, ni abusar del sistema (por ejemplo, con cuentas o dispositivos falsos).
5. Propiedad intelectual
La App, su marca y su contenido son propiedad de sus autores. El contenido que tú creas (objetivos, recompensas) es tuyo.
6. Garantías y responsabilidad
La App se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida permitida por la ley, no nos hacemos responsables de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la App.
7. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar la App y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
8. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española.

These terms govern your use of the Habiwards app ("the App"). By using it, you accept them.
1. The service
Habiwards is an app to build habits and reward yourself for keeping them. Completing goals earns you credits, which you redeem for rewards you define yourself.
Credits are in-app points with no monetary value: they cannot be purchased with money, redeemed for cash, or transferred, and are only usable within the App.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for your account activity. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Premium subscription
- Habiwards Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly).
- Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscription management (including cancellation) is done in your store settings.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Premium only removes the limits of the free plan; it never grants or sells credits.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the App fraudulently, attempt to breach its security, or abuse the system (e.g., with fake accounts or devices).
5. Intellectual property
The App, its brand and its content belong to its authors. The content you create (goals, rewards) is yours.
6. Warranties and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
